Bexley Garage Project Construction Progresses

The progress on this 1 1/2 story detached garage project in Bexley has been great to see. Siding, drywall and the custom wood shade structure have been completed, and progress is continuing towards completion!

Construction Progressing on Bexley Garage Project

More than just a garage, construction is progressing well on this new 1-1/2 story structure, which will also accommodate an Art Studio on the upper level. The rear yard will be transformed with a new custom designed wood shade structure, new landscaping, patio, and a new outdoor pizza oven!

RKA Residential Project Completed

RKA and our residential client are celebrating the completion of this Bexley Project. This project included renovations to the kitchen, family room, and 2 bathrooms.

Construction continues nicely on this RKA interior renovation project in Bexley. The project includes a complete kitchen renovation, renovations of 2 bathrooms, and other miscellaneous interior work.

2013 Bexley House & Garden Tour

One of the many Bexley homes that Rogers Krajnak Architects has renovated/expanded is included in the 2013 Bexley House & Garden Tour.  The home is located at 250 S. Parkview and features a conservatory that overlooks the beautiful gardens in the rear yard.  Rogers Krajnak Architects designed the conservatory in a traditional architectural style in response to the characteristics and details of the existing home.  The sixth annual Bexley House & Garden Tour will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, June 9, with a preview from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, June 8. The preview also includes a party from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Columbus School for Girls.

RKA's addition to the Brigdon Residence at 2416 Commonwealth Park N. will be highlighted as part of Bexley's House and Garden Tour, taking place Sunday, June 14. For tickets, go to www.bexleywomen.org. Tour proceeds benefit the Bexley Women's Club Scholarship Fund.
