Parthi Pandit joins RKA as a graduate from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago with a Master of Architecture degree. Her academic and professional interests center on human centered architecture, emphasizing design that responds to the needs and experiences of people. She is currently writing a book which explores cities through an ariel perspective, further discussing how urban forms and patterns shape the way people experience different places and city cultures. Outside of architecture, Parthi enjoys exploring new restaurants and local destinations, combining her love for food, culture, and community.

Welcome Colton Vance
Colton Vance joins RKA as a graduate from the Columbus College of Art & Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture & Design and a minor in Art History. He enjoys the design opportunities to integrate architecture and interior design on a wide range of projects. Outside of his passion for interior design and architecture, Colton enjoys traveling the world, and experiencing all types of places, cultures, and adventures.

This fall, Morgan will be entering her fifth year at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a minor in Sustainability Studies. Morgan loves living in NYC and exploring the city on foot but also enjoys being in her hometown of Columbus.

Michael Johnson Joins RKA Design Staff
Michael Johnson is a graduate of City and Regional Planning at The Ohio State University. He is enrolled in the Knowlton School of Architecture at The Ohio State University to pursue a master’s degree in Architecture. Michael is passionate about sustainable design and believes that good design can better connect people with places. Michael is excited to use his knowledge of planning while gaining experience in the field of architecture. When not at work, Michael enjoys hanging out with his dog, cooking, and biking around the city.

Claire Beskitt joins RKA Design Staff
After graduating from the University of Akron, Claire Beskitt gathered experience in architectural and interior design in the Cleveland area. She was drawn to Columbus by the energy and dynamic nature of the city, and admittedly tiring of winters on Lake Erie. At work, she enjoys the unique challenges that come with all types of projects, from residential to commercial to historic renovations. Outside of the office, Claire enjoys spending time outdoors, baking, and collecting vinyl records. She has a green thumb for house plants, and in her professional career, plans to become a LEED Green Associate to better focus sustainability into future projects.

RKA Welcomes Daniel DeGreve
Daniel is a Project Manager with formal training in Classical architecture and the practical experience of engaging traditional design principles in modern construction. He earned his Master of Architectural Design & Urbanism degree from the University of Notre Dame and his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati. He is a Registered Architect in the State of Ohio and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. A native of Ohio, Daniel is happy to be back in Columbus after several excellent years working as an architect on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. His specializations include church architecture, historic preservation, and walkable neighborhood development. Daniel is a self-confessed architectural history nerd, and enjoys biking the Olentangy Trail, shopping farmers markets, cooking, and reading a good book at the coffee bar.

Elijah Less is a recent master of architecture graduate of the Kent State University College of Architecture and Environmental Design. During his time at KSU, Elijah focused his education on his passions in historic preservation and biophilic design. Elijah brings his entrepreneurial experience with real estate and building restoration to Rogers Krajnak Architects. Beyond the office, he enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and restoring old homes.

RKA welcomes Austin Wessels
Austin earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University in 2017 and is currently pursuing his Master of Architecture degree from OSU. He sees architecture as the opportunity to create impactful and lasting impressions on the world. His goal is to become a licensed architect, so he can one day help others recognize their dreams in a built form. In the hours not involving sleep or architecture, he can be found cheering on the Buckeyes, playing basketball or soccer, and more recently, sand volleyball during the summer months.
